Walkden Law & Mediation began with Susan Walkden establishing the Family Conveyancing Practice in Camden over a decade ago, focusing on property law and conveyancing services for the local community.
Over time, Susan partnered with her husband, Paul Walkden — a solicitor with extensive legal and mediation experience — to expand the practice’s scope.
Together they rebranded as Walkden Law & Mediation to offer a broader range of legal services including family law, mediation, wills and estates and criminal law, while continuing to serve clients throughout the Macarthur, Southern Highlands, Eastern Suburbs, Greater Western Sydney and beyond with personalised, professional legal support.

Independent Children’s Lawyer
Paul was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2004. Paul holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Sydney University and was previously a member of the NSW Police Force for over 19 years.
Paul is an accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Paul is a qualified Mediator and able to issue Section 60I Certificate.
Susan Walkden

Susan has over 25 years conveyancing experience in Residential & Commercial Property and Leasing legal transactions. If you have a question Susan has the answer.
Susan is qualified through Macquarie University and holds an unrestricted Conveyancing Certificate and is a full member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Grace Walkden
Senior Solicitor - Accredited FDRP
Grace graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology in 2019. Grace completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australian in 2020.
Grace holds a Master of Law (Applied Law) with a double major of Family Dispute Resolution and Wills and Estates from the College of Law. In the future she intends on obtaining her qualification as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
